I wanted to add some cuteness to our kitchen knife block. I think it turned out great and it is SO EASY. Here's what I used:

1. Sanding Block - Our knife block originally had a shiny/slick finish, so I was worried that the spray paint wouldn't stick so great or wouldn't last very long. I just lightly sanded the whole block & then it was ready to paint!
2. Spray Paint - I used the textured rustoleum just because I thought it add a little something extra versus the plain spray paint. It took about 3 coats to cover the knife block completely.
3. Vinyl Decal - I ordered a 2" vinyl decal off Etsy, put it on the front & DONE!
